Hartford Group, Inc. is an integration of real estate companies primarily developing large, mixed-use projects.  Our mission is to be the developer of choice by creating livable and sustainable communities. Regent Senior Living Communities

The Senior Housing Division of Hartford Group, Inc. develops assisted living facilities throughout the country. Each Regent building generally provides services for Independent Living, Memory Care, Assisted Living and Care Suites.

Facilities range in size from 75 units to 175 units. Development costs for projects range from $15,000,000-$35,000,000. In many cases, facilities are located within the larger "Legacy" brand mixed-use communities development by Hartford Group, Inc.
